At present, Course Central have an ongoing commitment to compliance and audits within the Aged Care and Registered Training Organisation sectors in preparing reports, implementing policies and procedures on behalf of the respective clients, in accordance with their regulating bodies.

Quality Auditing

RTO – Registered Training Organisation Internal Audit Process

Course Central have been providing compliance support to RTO’s for many years. Our consistent and evolving success in this area led to compliance being a major part of what we do in accordance with the RTO, CRICOS and ELICOS Standards.

We provide guidance and support for preparation, content, training and assessment strategies and assessment tools, policies and forms suited for your organisation. Our service goes beyond a standard compliance report. We provide advice and examples of best practices and include a complete action plan to rectify any identified non-compliances, and exploit opportunities for continuous improvement with the following process:

  2. Desk audit
  3. On-site visit
  4. Comprehensive audit report and action plan
  5. Post audit meeting/training

Course Central have assisted with initial and re-registrations, pre-audit/acquisition internal audits, post-audit responses, rectification, additions to scope, funding contract applications, validations and course accreditations for Vocational Education and Training and International students.

Aged Care Homes

Course Central have a strong commitment to manage and coach staff for effective management of high impact or high prevalence risks associated with the care of each consumer, as well as training staff with implementation of policy and procedures including identifying quality indicators.

We work in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive teams to implement best practices to measure action plans for internal audits, in particular Outbreak Management Team meetings.

Our clinical team have a role guiding staff and practitioners for the effective coordination of consumers’ assessment and care planning, case management, processes, and documentation, including behaviour support planning.

Course Central are involved in managing and leading organisations to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards, as well as having a leading role in liaising with external stakeholders and families.
